Flex Impact Safety Barriers - Update - High Court Order

Following an extended period of discussion with A-Fax Limited and A-Safe (UK) Limited (manufacturers of the A-Safe barrier system) and after claims of intellectual property infringement, an Order was issued on 31 March 2014 in the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, in which Consent was granted to Evergrip Limited to continue, unhindered, to market the Flex Impact range of products (manufactured by Boplan bvba) within the United Kingdom.

We would like to provide assurance to our customers and all those interested, that purchase of these products within the UK will not be of legal concern, despite what they may have been informed in the past.
